AARON NOBLE
OUTDOOR ENTHUSIAST
Since before I can remember I have been a lover of the outdoors. Both of my grandfathers and both of my parents are outdoor enthusiasts and the trait was passed down to me. Growing up in Cub Scouts helped form my love for the outdoors. Graduating into Boy Scouts and eventually achieving my Eagle Scout solidified my love for the outdoors. Being in the Scouts afforded me many outdoor activities such as monthly campouts and hikes, summer camps in the mountains of Colorado, and two 90+ mile backpacking trips in northern New Mexico at Philmont Scout Ranch.
Now that I am no longer active in Scouts, I make time to get out of town with my friends, whether it's hiking somewhere locally, sailing in Fort Worth, or even as far as climbing in Colorado (on extended weekends), I try to get out at least once a week.

In 2010, my Dad and I completed our first 90+ mile Philmont trek. This image has The Tooth of Time in the background - one of Philmont's most notable landmarks.

In the summer of 2012, Troop 729 went to Philmont Scout Ranch as a crew. From left to right, Aaron Noble, Gabe Noble, Richie Champion, Derek Champion, Robert Johnson, Aida Noble, and Sam Noble.

At the end of our trek, as we hiked back into Base Camp, there was a sign welcoming the crews back. Here shows my first Philmont Crew number 623-J1.

My friends Evan Henry, Skyler Thomas and I hiked to the top of a dormant volcano somewhere in New Mexico.

We climbed up the side of a large rock face that overlooked the road we were driving on near Pikes Peak, CO.
